Joe Slovick, Chief Lending Officer, leads and directs the bank’s overall loan portfolio as well as a dedicated and knowledgeable team of sales professionals. Prior to his time at Eastern Savings Bank, Joe was a bank examiner with the United States Department of the Treasury. Joe currently serves as Chairman of the Board at Presbyterian Home of Maryland and as a Board Member of the Monsignor O’Dwyer Retreat House. He received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Joe is a graduate of The John Carroll School in Bel Air.

Kurt Klebrowski, Senior Loan Officer, joined the Eastern Savings Bank loan origination team in 1993. He has experience originating conforming, correspondent and portfolio (residential and commercial) loans as well as several years’ experience with portfolio underwriting. He helped develop and foster the “Officer/Teacher Next Door Program”, which provided a much-needed source of responsible, safe, and well secured lending to Baltimore City and neighboring counties of Maryland. In addition to exhibiting both a “positive attitude” and “can do” spirit everyday, building rapport and earning trust and respect from his clients are his top priorities.

She has spent the majority of her lending career focused on the Mid-Atlantic region with a particular expertise in New York. She prides herself in developing meaningful relationships with her clients and is faithfully there for them from application, to closing, and beyond.

Scott Freitag, Senior Loan Officer, is a native of Maryland where he studied Finance and Economics at Towson University. Today, with over 25 years of diverse mortgage experience, his greatest pleasure remains bringing his clients together with the right resources and providing exceptional service. With his depth of experience and knowledge in conforming and non-conforming loan origination, he understands that there is no single approach to helping people achieve their goals. In his free time, Scott loves to hang out with his family and to take very long bike rides in excess of 80 miles on weekends with his friends.

She holds a B.S. in Nursing & Psychology from Villa Julie College, and has successfully applied her passion for helping others toward a fulfilling career in mortgage lending. It is extremely rewarding to see her customers achieve financial wellness by creating custom financial plans for each of their unique situations. In her spare time, Antoinette loves being with her family, boating, running, and lounging at the beach.
